Our secure Patient Portal is the heart of how we stay connected between visits. It’s quick, easy, and available 24/7—so you can take care of the important stuff without waiting on hold or tracking us down by phone.
With just a few clicks, you can:
Send us a message anytime you have a question or update
Request medication refills before you run out
Schedule or change your appointments
Upload forms or documents directly to your chart
Pay your bill securely
Review your visit notes and lab results whenever you need them
It’s like having our office in your pocket—private, simple, and designed to make your care smoother.
The portal is a great place for everyday questions and updates, but it isn’t meant for emergencies. If you ever find yourself in a mental health crisis, please call 911 or 988 or head to the nearest emergency department right away.
How do I…

Click the “Book” button on the top right of the screen and then choose the best time.

Use the “Appointments” tab in the portal to reschedule or cancel your visits.
If something comes up within 72 hours of your appointment, please send us a portal message right away.
Please note: a no-show or late cancellation fee will be charged for appointments changed with less than 72 hours’ notice.

Usually, at your appointment we send in enough medication to last until your next visit. If you’re not able to pick up your refill at the pharmacy, please call and speak directly with the pharmacist first.
If you still need help, log in to the portal and use the “Medications” or “Messages” tab to send your request. Refills are typically processed within 2 business days.
To avoid any gaps, request refills before you run out—especially ahead of weekends or holidays.

The “Messages” tab is perfect for questions, updates, or sharing information between visits.
We usually reply within 1 business day but it could be up to 72 hours.

Go to the “Shared Documents” section to send us labs, forms, or other files directly to your chart.

Pay safely and securely through the “Billing” tab—no stamps or checks required.

If you have a mental health emergency, call 911 or 988, or go to the nearest emergency department.
If you have an urgent concern that can’t wait until the next business day, you can call or text (208) 391-7280 but know that it may take up to 72 hours to get a response.
