ONLINE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH IN ALABAMA, FLORIDA & IDAHO

Mental healthcare should feel good.

"I know how hard it can feel when life isn’t going the way you hoped. Maybe you’ve tried pushing through on your own, but the worry, sadness, or stress just won’t lift. You don’t have to carry it all by yourself anymore."

As your provider, my role is to listen closely, understand your story, and work alongside you to create a plan that feels manageable and realistic. I believe the best care comes from teamwork—where your goals and values guide our next steps, and my job is to help you see a path forward.

My Approach

I like to keep things simple: we’ll always come back to the three pillars of healing—self-care, therapy, and medication. Sometimes small lifestyle changes make a big difference; other times, it takes the right combination of supports working together. Either way, you and I will decide together what makes the most sense for you.

Patients often describe me as easy to talk to, thorough, and interactive. You’ll notice I ask questions like, “Tell me more about what you meant when you said…” or “Notice how you felt when…”. That’s because I want to understand—not just your symptoms, but also what matters most to you.

When we meet, you’ll get 100% of my focus and energy, and I’ll ask for the same from you. If you’re ready to make changes, I’ll be right there encouraging you, checking in, and keeping you accountable as we move toward your goals.

A Little About Me

Outside of work, life is busy and fun with my wife — who is way out of my league —and our two amazing kids.

When I get a chance to relax, I love to golf, watch whatever sport is in season, and spend time outdoors. \

Fun fact: I grew up in a town of fewer than 400 people, and I can juggle!)

You can feel confident in your mental healthcare.
