PARTNER WITH WHITE PINE MENTAL HEALTH & WELLNESS
Collaborative care for your patients.
We know what it’s like to care deeply for your patients.
We know how hard you work to care for your patients, and how frustrating it can be when mental health needs go unmet because of long waitlists or limited specialized resources. It’s difficult to watch patients struggle with inconsistent medication management or approaches that don’t consider the whole person.
Coordinating care can feel overwhelming when communication is slow or incomplete, and it’s disheartening to see patients bounce between services without feeling truly heard.
That’s where we come in!
At White Pine Mental Health & Wellness, we make it easier.
Stacey Whitaker, PA-C and Kathryn Werner, PA-C provide timely telepsychiatry access for adults in Alabama, Florida, and Idaho, with a focus on anxiety, depression, OCD, and perinatal mental health.
We keep communication open so you’re always informed, and we work alongside you—not in place of you—to ensure your patients receive care that supports both their mental health and their overall wellbeing.
You don’t have to manage mental health alone.
Together, we can give your patients the care they truly deserve.
How We Work With Referring Providers
Our goal is to make collaboration as simple and straightforward as possible. When you refer a patient, we can typically see them quickly—often within just a few days. With patient consent, we’re happy to share visit notes or schedule a time to connect so we can coordinate care.
We welcome ongoing collaboration whenever it’s helpful for the patient’s treatment and are happy to communicate by whatever means is easiest for you. By working together when it matters most, we can help ensure your patients get the timely, thoughtful care they deserve.
What You Can Expect
Prompt access — We work hard to get your patient seen quickly so they can feel supported and start finding relief—often within two weeks.
Effortless onboarding — Patients can book their own appointments and complete paperwork online, making the process simple for them and saving you time.
Collaboration that supports your role — We’re happy to connect in whatever way works best for you, and our role is to complement—not replace—the care you already provide. You remain your patient’s primary point of contact for their overall health, while we focus on the mental health piece.
Comprehensive care — We provide thorough evaluations that not only address mental health with medication but also looks for possible medical and lifestyle causes of psychiatric symptoms.
Specialized care — Warm, evidence-based medication management for anxiety, depression, OCD, and perinatal mental health.
